Creating a Chart in Excel When Data is Not Next to Each Other

Excel has some great features for creating charts, I remember when I first started using it and saw how easy it was to create one. You would not believe what I had to do to create a chart before then on a computer. You pretty much had to program it yourself.

The quickest way to create a chart is when all the data is next to each other in adjacent rows and columns. But what if they aren’t, how do you select data that is not adjacent to each other. Well that can easily done by using the Control key on a Windows PC or CMD on a Mac. In the video below you can see how to do this.
